1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) apply to all orders placed on the Enana Surfwear website, owned by Mango Graphiste, a company based in Tahiti, French Polynesia. By placing an order on our website, you accept these TCS without reservation.

2. Products and Services

Enana Surfwear offers clothing and accessories produced via print-on-demand. Each item is individually made after the customer's order. Due to this process, items may exhibit slight variations in color or size compared to the images displayed on the website.

Customized or print-on-demand items cannot be canceled or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to Enana Surfwear.

3. Orders

Any order placed on the Enana Surfwear website implies the unreserved acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.

Once you validate your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. In the event of an error in the information provided (shipping address, contact details, etc.), Enana Surfwear cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery.

4. Pricing

The prices displayed on our website are in EURO and US DOLLAR and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Enana Surfwear reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

Shipping fees may apply depending on the delivery destination and method selected. These fees will be indicated before you finalize your order.

5. Payment

Payment is required at the time of ordering. You can pay for your purchases using the secure payment methods offered on the site (credit card or PayPal).

In case of payment refusal or suspected fraud, Enana Surfwear reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.

6. Shipping

Enana Surfwear ships products internationally. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are indicated during the ordering process. Note that the production time for print-on-demand items is added to the shipping time.

Enana Surfwear cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other circumstances beyond its control.

7. Claims and Returns

You have 7 days from the date of receipt of your order to report any defects or issues related to the product. Defective or incorrectly sent items may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our return policy. However, print-on-demand items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Enana Surfwear website (texts, images, logos, graphics) is protected by copyright and is the exclusive property of Mango Graphiste. Any reproduction, modification, or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.

Enana Surfwear cannot be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the products sold. In the event of a problem with a product, Enana Surfwear's liability will be limited to the amount of the order placed.

11. Governing Law

These TCS are governed by the laws of French Polynesia. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
